Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not create with Dreamloom, how we moderate content, how to report a problem, and what happens when the rules are broken. It applies to your prompts, the reference images you upload, and every image generated through the Service, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use Dreamloom to generate, edit, upload or attempt to create any of the following six categories of content:

1. Pornography and sexual content (NSFW) — nudity, sexual acts, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery of anyone, real or fictional.
2. Violence and gore — graphic injury, mutilation, torture or death; glorification of violence, self-harm or suicide.
3. Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans or incites hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease, including extremist or terrorist symbols and propaganda.
4. Child-unsafe content — any sexual or sexualised depiction of minors (CSAM), or content that endangers, exploits or grooms children. This is never allowed, in any context.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation — images that swap one real person’s face onto another, “nudify” or undress a real person, place real people together in intimate scenes, or show a real person (including celebrities and politicians) saying or doing something that never happened — whether or not the people involved consent. You may not impersonate real people, brands or organisations to deceive.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement — reproducing copyrighted characters, artworks, logos or brand marks you do not have the right to use, or content that violates someone’s privacy or publicity rights.

Also prohibited: content that promotes terrorism or mass violence, instructions for weapons, fraud such as fake identity documents or receipts, misinformation designed to deceive, spam, and prompts written to get around our safety measures.

Zero tolerance

Child sexual abuse material, terrorist content and deepfakes of real people lead to immediate account closure, and CSAM and other criminal content is reported to the relevant authorities (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

Photos of real people

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you explicit permission. Uploading another person’s photo without their consent is prohibited, and permission never allows the deepfake uses listed above. Dreamloom has no face-swap or “nudify” feature.

2. How we moderate

• Before generation: every prompt is automatically screened by Waffo Pancake’s content-safety service (Prompt Sift). Only prompts that pass are sent to a model; prompts that are flagged are refused and no credits are charged.
• During and after generation: every model we offer — Google’s Nano Banana (Gemini image models), OpenAI’s GPT Image and ByteDance’s Seedream — has its own built-in safety system that refuses unsafe requests and filters unsafe output. Blocked results are not delivered and not charged.
• Human review: every report is reviewed by a person on our team, who decides on the action to take. We keep records of screening results and review decisions.
• Private by default: generated images are visible only to the account that created them; Dreamloom has no public gallery or feed.

3. Reporting

If you see content made with Dreamloom that breaks this policy, or you believe the Service has been used to depict you or infringe your rights, email bailutingyu@gmail.com with the subject “Report” and include a link or screenshot, the date, and why it should be removed. Reports are handled confidentially, and reports involving children are always treated as urgent. Deliberately false reports may themselves be actioned.

4. Enforcement

Depending on how serious the violation is and whether it is repeated, we may:

• refuse the request (this happens automatically for prompts that fail screening);
• send a warning and remove the content;
• restrict features or models for the account;
• suspend the account while we investigate;
• permanently close the account — credits on closed accounts are forfeited and not refundable; and
• report the content and account to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.

5. Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, email bailutingyu@gmail.com within 30 days of the decision with the subject “Appeal”. We review appeals within 10 business days and tell you the outcome.

6. AI-generated content

All images on Dreamloom are generated by AI. Do not present them as real photographs of real events or as human-made work where that would mislead people, and follow any disclosure rules that apply where you publish them.

7. Changes and contact
