Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time purchase. You are never billed automatically.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. Your card details go directly to Waffo and are never stored by Dreamloom. The charge may appear on your statement under Waffo.
Are taxes included?
Depending on your country, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. The final amount is always shown before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
