Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Dreamloom (the “Service”), operated by XM-Tech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Dreamloom lets you generate and edit images using third-party AI models, including models from Google, OpenAI and ByteDance. Results are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content generated for other users. Model availability may change at any time.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.

3. Credits and payment

Generations are paid for with credits. The credit cost is shown before each generation; for models billed by usage, the final cost is shown after the image is ready. Credits are deducted only for successfully generated images. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while your account is active. Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Waffo, which may charge applicable taxes. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You keep any rights you have in the prompts and images you upload. Subject to these Terms and the usage policies of the underlying model providers, you may use images you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or upload content that:

  • sexualises minors or depicts sexual content involving real people without consent;
  • harasses, defames, or impersonates a real person, or is intended to deceive (e.g. fake documents or misleading deepfakes);
  • infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity; or
  • violates the usage policies of the model providers.

We may refuse requests, remove content, and suspend accounts that break these rules. Credits on accounts suspended for abuse are not refundable.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.
