Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains what personal data XM-Tech collects when you use Dreamloom, and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, and the name and profile picture provided by Google if you sign in with Google.
  • Content: the prompts you write, images you upload, and images you generate.
  • Usage and billing records: generations, credits used, and purchases. We do not receive or store your full card details — payments are handled by Waffo.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to keep the Service secure.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, generate your images, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts or images to train our own models.

Who we share it with

  • AI model providers (Google, OpenAI, ByteDance) receive your prompt and reference images to generate a result, under their API terms.
  • Waffo, our merchant of record, processes payments and handles tax.
  • Infrastructure providers that host our servers and store generated images.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, Singapore and China.

Retention

Your images stay in your account until you delete them. You can delete individual images at any time, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing bailutingyu@gmail.com. Billing records are kept as long as required by tax law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact bailutingyu@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

We use browser storage only to keep you signed in and remember your drafts. We do not use advertising cookies.
