Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Dreamloom. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, credits are released automatically — you are never charged for images you did not receive.

Unused credit packs

You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. Partially used packs are not refundable, except where required by law.

Problems with results

If an image was clearly broken (for example, corrupted or blank), contact us with the date and model used and we will return the credits for that generation.

How to request a refund

Email bailutingyu@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the customer portal link in your Waffo receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Waffo, usually within 5–10 business days.
